Mumbai, Maharashtra, June 14 — Shiv Sena leader Shaina NC launched a sharp attack on the Congress party and its president Mallikarjun Kharge, accusing them of indulging in “petty politics” over the ongoing investigation into a recent aviation-related incident. Speaking to the media, Shaina NC defended the Centre’s approach and called for political restraint until the official inquiry is complete.

“There is a committee, headed by the Union Home Secretary, that includes representatives from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Indian Air Force, and aviation experts,” she said. “This committee has access to all the crucial evidence — from flight data and cockpit voice recordings to aircraft maintenance logs, ATC communications, and witness testimonies.”

The panel is expected to submit its report within three months, following a thorough and transparent investigation. Shaina NC urged the opposition to refrain from jumping to conclusions or politicising sensitive matters that concern national safety and public trust.
