Sandeep Dikshit Slams Pakistan Over Civilian Attacks, Lauds Security Efforts in Poonch

Delhi | Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit has strongly condemned Pakistan’s alleged targeting of civilians in the wake of India's Operation Sindoor, calling the attacks “shameful” and “inhuman.” Referring to the reports emerging from Poonch, Dikshit expressed concern over the dire condition of the civilian population in the border region.

“This is a very shameful act by Pakistan,” Dikshit said. “On what basis are they targeting civilians? As per the reports coming from Poonch, the situation of the civilian population is very bad there.”

The Congress leader acknowledged the efforts being made by the local administration and armed forces to bring the situation under control. “I am glad to see that the administration and forces are working to ensure security. I hope that the situation will be better today,” he added.
