Russian Strike Kills Two French Aid Workers

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Two French volunteer aid workers were killed Thursday in a Russian attack in Ukraine's southern Kherson region, the regional governor and other officials said.

Kherson Governor Oleksandr Prokudin said two French nationals were killed and three foreigners wounded in a Russian attack on the city of Berislav.

Prosecutors in the region said Russian forces launched a massive drone strike in the area around 4 p.m. A Ukrainian national was also wounded, police said.
