Russian Bomb Hits Hospital in Northeastern Ukraine

BY A STAFF REPORTER: A Russian bombardment of a hospital in northeastern Ukraine on Wednesday shattered windows and equipment and evacuated many patients, regional officials said.

Volodymyr Tymosshko, head of the Kharkiv regional branch of the national police, said a direct bomb hit the hospital in the town of Veliky Burluk, northeast of Kharkiv, at 9:45 p.m. local time. The second bomb came closer. Thirty-eight people have been evacuated from the hospital, five of them patients and two confined to hospital beds. " 

Regional governor Oleh Shinehhubov said four people were treated for minor injuries.
