Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Manoj Tiwari on Tuesday said that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s (RSS) centenary celebrations are playing a crucial role in clearing misconceptions about the organisation by offering a platform for dialogue and awareness.
Speaking on the sidelines of the three-day programme, Tiwari said the event is allowing people from different walks of life to learn about the Sangh’s activities and history. “This 3-day program has started today and I believe that the RSS's effort to dispel misconceptions by sharing information about itself has been successful. People from different fields are coming here and getting an opportunity to know about it,” he stated.
Calling it an “eye-opener,” the MP noted the Sangh’s work across various sectors and its ability to remain steadfast despite challenges over the years. “It is important for people to see the significant work the Sangh has done and how it has stood strong through challenges. Therefore, this session is very important,” he added.
