Hyderabad: As rescue operations continue at the SLBC (Srisailam Left Bank Canal) tunnel in Telangana, Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy assured that every possible effort is being made to save the eight workers trapped inside. He emphasized that central and state agencies are working in coordination to ensure a successful rescue.

"All the efforts are being made by NDRF, Navy, Army, state government officers, and coal mine workers. Everyone is unitedly working in the SLBC tunnel," Reddy said, adding that the Government of India is providing full support to the Telangana government for the operation.

The tunnel mishap, which has drawn national attention, has prompted swift action from multiple rescue teams, including specialized divers and mining experts. As operations progress, officials remain hopeful for a positive outcome.

Reddy expressed his concern and prayers for the trapped workers, stating, "I pray to God that all the eight workers come out safely." The situation remains critical, with rescue teams racing against time to ensure their safe evacuation.
