Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, addressing the nation in the wake of a recent terror attack, delivered a strong and unequivocal message reaffirming India’s unwavering stance against terrorism. Emphasizing the government’s zero tolerance policy, Singh condemned the incident as a "cowardly act" and declared that the perpetrators, along with those orchestrating such attacks from the shadows, would be held accountable.
"Our policy against terrorism is one of zero tolerance. Every single citizen of India stands united against this cowardly act," Singh said. He assured that the Indian government is committed not only to pursuing those directly involved but also to uncovering and neutralizing the forces enabling such violence from behind the scenes.
Underscoring India’s resilience, Singh remarked, "India is such an ancient civilization and such a vast country that it cannot be intimidated by any terrorist activities." He went on to warn that those responsible will face a strong and fitting response, which will serve as a deterrent to any future aggression.
