Bathinda, Punjab – Amid the ongoing political discourse around Operation Sindoor, Punjab Congress President and MP Amarinder Singh Raja Warring has launched a scathing critique of foreign interference in India’s sovereign decisions. Labeling recent developments as “a case of surrender,” Warring specifically condemned the role of the United States in attempting to influence India’s military and diplomatic stance.

“This is absolutely a case of surrender,” Warring stated. “The United States, with a population of just 30 million, has long tried to dictate terms to the largest population nation.” He expressed particular dismay at the alleged interference by former U.S. President Donald Trump, calling his involvement in India’s internal matters “deeply humiliating.”

Warring went on to reveal that communication had been received from the U.S. during Operation Sindoor, adding, “We even received a call from there — this is unacceptable.”

Stressing India’s independent stature on the global stage, he said, “There was a time when India was not in a position to push back, but even then, we stood our ground. Today, India is a capable and sovereign nation.”

While acknowledging the importance of partnerships with nations like the United States, Warring drew a firm line. “Yes, we can consider suggestions from allies like the U.S., but if it tells us to stop the war and kneel down, that is simply not going to happen.”
