New Delhi | Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta reaffirmed her commitment to public welfare on Friday, following a public hearing where she personally addressed grievances of citizens and issued swift directives for their resolution.

In a heartfelt message posted on social media, CM Gupta wrote, “The public is the true master of our democracy, and public service is the highest duty of public representatives. This morning, through a public hearing, I listened to the problems of citizens and gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials for their prompt resolution.”

She emphasized that for her, serving people is not just an obligation but a sacred calling. “For me, the public is divine, and public service is the ultimate purpose of life,” she stated.

Gupta expressed that true fulfillment in governance comes from improving lives, saying, “If our efforts can bring positive change and happiness to the lives of citizens, I consider it my greatest achievement.”
