Begusarai: Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra launched a sharp attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the ruling government during a public rally in Begusarai on Friday, accusing them of failing to deliver on promises of employment and safety.

“PM Modi comes here and offers money, what’s all that?” she asked, questioning the intent behind recent government announcements. “They have been in power for the last 20 years, so why did they not provide jobs then?” she added, urging people to hold the government accountable for its long tenure without meaningful change in employment opportunities.

Vadra also expressed concern over the rising sense of insecurity among women and marginalized communities. “Ask any woman if she feels safe to go outside. They are afraid because of crimes happening against women, children, Dalits, and others,” she said.
