Berlin, Germany — Shiv Sena (UBT) Member of Parliament Priyanka Chaturvedi on Friday emphasized growing international support for India’s long-standing fight against terrorism. Speaking from Berlin after concluding a diplomatic tour of six nations, Chaturvedi reflected on engagements with officials and diaspora communities across Europe.
“We have seen the strength of our diaspora in the six nations we visited,” Chaturvedi said. “We met various officials and kept forward our views in front of them.”
She highlighted how India’s experience with terrorism over the decades was a central part of the dialogue. “We told them the atmosphere of terrorism that we have been facing for decades will also reach your doorstep,” she warned, underscoring the global implications of terrorism.
Chaturvedi called upon the international community to take a firm stand. “It is the responsibility of the world to call out terrorism,” she said, noting that the officials they met — including those in Germany — had expressed solidarity with India’s position.
