Patna, January 4 — Jan Suraaj Party Chief Prashant Kishor has raised serious allegations against Bihar Police, claiming he was mishandled and kept in a police vehicle for hours without being informed of his destination. Kishor detailed the ordeal, stating that he was taken to multiple locations from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. before being brought to Fatwah's community center.

"I kept asking where I was being taken, but nobody responded," Kishor said. He alleged that the police attempted to conduct a medical examination and procure a certificate from doctors, but he refused to consent, insisting that he had committed no criminal activity.

"The doctors were pressured to issue an illegal certificate, but they refused," Kishor claimed. He added that his refusal to undergo the medical test was recorded in his statement.

Later, Kishor was presented in court, where he was granted bail under the condition that he refrain from engaging in any "wrongdoings." However, he rejected the bail order, arguing that accepting it would imply wrongdoing on his part. "I chose to go to jail instead," he declared, emphasizing his protest against what he termed an unjust process.
