New Delhi — BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla on Sunday launched a sharp attack on senior Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Revanth Reddy, and Jairam Ramesh, accusing them of echoing narratives aligned with Pakistan and undermining national interests. His comments came in response to recent remarks made by senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid.
"Salman Khurshid made it clear that his message is for those who, while sitting within India, constantly strengthen the narratives pushed by Pakistan, even going so far as to label Operation Sindoor a failure," said Poonawalla in a statement on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), where he tagged the leaders in question.
He alleged that the Congress trio—referred to by him as "RRR" (Rahul, Revanth, Ramesh)—has adopted a line of political discourse that closely mirrors that of India’s adversaries. “This reflects how RRR have begun speaking the language of Pakistan. It’s time Rahul Gandhi learns something from Salman Khurshid,” Poonawalla added.
