Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Thursday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the bhoomi poojan of the country’s first PM MITRA (Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel) Park in the state, calling it a historic moment for the region.

The CM highlighted that out of the seven such parks planned across India, the first one will come up in Madhya Pradesh. He said the project holds special significance as the region has long been an agriculture-based area where farmers cultivate cotton extensively. “The farmers should get an optimum price for their hard work, and this park will help realise that goal,” Yadav said.

He further added that whenever the Prime Minister visits Madhya Pradesh, he brings transformative projects that leave a lasting impact on the state’s development. The CM expressed confidence that the park would boost textile manufacturing, generate employment, and create new opportunities for farmers and entrepreneurs.
