NEW DELHI — Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal will embark on an official visit to Berlin, Germany, from October 23, 2025, to strengthen bilateral economic ties and promote investment collaboration between India and Europe.
During his visit, Goyal is scheduled to hold high-level meetings with Katherina Reiche, Germany’s Federal Minister for Economic Affairs & Energy, and Dr. Levin Holle, Economic and Financial Policy Advisor at the Federal Chancellery and Germany’s G7 and G20 Sherpa. He will also meet Xavier Bettel, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Luxembourg, to discuss trade and investment cooperation between India and the European Union.
The Minister will participate as a speaker at third Berlin Global Dialogue (BGD) — an annual summit that convenes global leaders from business, government, and academia to deliberate on key issues shaping the international economy.
