Piyush Goyal Highlights Youth Empowerment at 16th Rozgaar Mela

Mumbai: Union Minister Piyush Goyal, speaking at the 16th edition of the Rozgaar Mela in Mumbai, commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his consistent efforts in creating employment opportunities and empowering the youth across the country. He described the event as a reflection of the government's sustained commitment to building an inclusive and opportunity-driven economy.

“It is a matter of great joy that today the 16th Rozgaar Mela was organised under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi,” Goyal said. He emphasized that the current administration has opened up new avenues for young people through targeted employment and skill development schemes.

“During Prime Minister Modi's tenure, the youth of the country have been given new opportunities through various schemes,” he noted, adding that many young men and women have now been able to engage meaningfully with the economy.

The Rozgaar Mela initiative, launched by the central government, aims to distribute appointment letters to eligible candidates across multiple ministries and departments. It is part of a larger drive to fill government vacancies and enhance workforce participation, particularly among young job seekers.
