Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju has confirmed that the Hon'ble President of India has approved the proposal for summoning both Houses of Parliament for the Winter Session in 2024. The session is scheduled to take place from November 25 to December 20, 2024, pending any exigencies of parliamentary business.
Notably, the session will kick off with significant celebrations on November 26, 2024, which marks Constitution Day. This year’s event will be particularly special as it commemorates the 75th Anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of India. The celebration will take place in the Central Hall of Samvidhan Sadan, underscoring the importance of this milestone in India's democratic journey.
