Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh – State Minister Nara Lokesh has launched a scathing attack on former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, accusing him of being unable to accept the people’s verdict in the recent elections. Lokesh stated that Reddy's frustration is evident in his public remarks and press conferences, where he allegedly made objectionable statements against the Deputy Chief Minister.
“The former CM is still frustrated. He cannot accept the mandate that the people of Andhra Pradesh have given. According to the rule book, a party needs to secure at least 10% of the Assembly seats to qualify for the Leader of the Opposition status. However, he wants us to violate this rule and grant him the status, which is completely unfair,” said Lokesh.
Further criticizing Reddy’s political conduct, Lokesh alleged that the former CM has a history of disregarding laws. “He is a habitual offender who always breaks the law. He assumes that this government will follow the same path, but that will not happen,” he added.
