Bhopal, June 11 — Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Tuesday lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, attributing India’s significant strides in social protection coverage to the Centre’s focused governance and inclusive development agenda.
In a public statement posted on social media, CM Yadav wrote, “India’s remarkable rise in social protection coverage is not just a statistic — it is a shining example of our government's unwavering commitment to public service and inclusive development, reflecting our resolve to reach the last mile and uplift every citizen with dignity.”
He went on to thank Prime Minister Modi for what he termed “visionary leadership” in empowering all sections of society, stating that welfare has become “a powerful instrument of nation-building.”
Under the Modi government, various flagship schemes like PM-KISAN, Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, and the expansion of digital public infrastructure have been credited with boosting access to health, food security, and financial inclusion for millions. Madhya Pradesh has been one of the key states implementing these schemes at scale, with a focus on tribal and rural outreach.
