New Delhi | BJP MP Manoj Tiwari on Friday expressed strong support for the party's 'Sankalp Patra,' released ahead of upcoming elections, emphasizing its comprehensive approach to addressing voter concerns.
“After the third Sankalp Patra released today, I believe there would be hardly any issue left which has not been covered in our manifesto,” Tiwari remarked during a media interaction. He praised the manifesto for its inclusivity and focus on critical issues affecting various segments of society.
Tiwari highlighted a significant promise made by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, which assures residents of JJ clusters and unauthorised colonies the right to redevelop their properties. “This promise, in itself, is a big deal. It provides a sense of security and hope for thousands of families living in these areas,” he said.
The BJP's manifesto, which aims to build on its existing developmental initiatives, outlines a range of commitments, from infrastructure and healthcare to housing and urban development. According to Tiwari, the promise of redevelopment rights reflects the party's focus on improving the living conditions of marginalized communities.
