Manoj Tiwari Pays Tribute on Kargil Veer, Defends Agniveer Scheme

New Delhi: BJP MP Manoj Tiwari extended his greetings to the nation on Kargil Vijay Diwas, paying tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives and celebrating the Indian Army's victory. In his address, Tiwari also defended the Agniveer Scheme from criticism by opposition parties.

"I want to extend my greetings to the nation on Kargil Vijay Diwas and remember the fallen soldiers. I also want to extend my greetings to the Indian Army for its victory," Tiwari stated.

Addressing recent controversies, Tiwari praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for responding effectively to rumors surrounding the Agniveer Scheme. "Today PM Modi gave a befitting reply to those who are spreading rumours about the Agniveer Scheme. Opposition parties such as Congress have spread a lot of confusion about the Agniveer Scheme, but time will give a reply to them," he added.
