Delhi: BJP MP Manoj Tiwari has launched a scathing attack on AAP leader Atishi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, accusing them of sidelining the interests of the Hindu community. Speaking to reporters, Tiwari said, “Nobody is listening to Atishi nowadays; she is just a puppet of Arvind Kejriwal, he is using her as a remote.”

Tiwari went on to question the AAP government’s track record on religious institutions. “Arvind Kejriwal was in power for 10 years, how many temples did they build? We are the ones who make temples,” he remarked, suggesting that the ruling party had neglected Hindu places of worship during its tenure.

The BJP MP further challenged the Delhi government’s stance on religious payments, stating, “If there is even a little bit of ethics left with Arvind Kejriwal and his party, count the total amount that you have paid so far to maulvis and pay that much to pujaris. Then we will be on your side.”
