Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Tuesday criticised the Enforcement Directorate (ED) after it conducted a raid at the residence of party leader and former minister Saurabh Bharadwaj.
Addressing the media, Sisodia described the raid as politically motivated. “Yesterday, the ED created drama in the name of a raid. I call it a drama because every time the BJP faces a crisis and questions are raised against them, the ED starts raiding people’s houses,” he said.
He further linked the timing of the raid to ongoing controversies, claiming it was intended to distract from public scrutiny. “As soon as people began questioning the degree of Modi ji, they staged this false raid,” Sisodia alleged.
