Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Saturday extended greetings on National Space Day while crediting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s keen interest in science and astronomy for India’s progress in space exploration. The Chief Minister said that the country’s achievements in this field were a reflection of the leadership’s consistent focus on scientific advancement and innovation.
Linking the occasion to the state’s own development initiatives, Yadav also inaugurated the Industry and Mining Conclave. He said the forum aims to generate new opportunities for youth within Madhya Pradesh, reducing the need for migration to other states in search of employment. According to the Chief Minister, such conclaves have succeeded in attracting investment capital and are integral to driving industrial growth.
Yadav addressed criticism from the opposition, noting that while political competition is inevitable, matters of economic development should draw cooperation rather than confrontation. He stressed that industrial and mining growth will not only create jobs but also enhance the overall economy of the state.
