Speaking in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav addressed the progress made in combating Naxalism in the country. He stated, "Under the leadership of PM Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, anti-Naxal strategies have been made. As a result, the Naxal movement is in its final stage in the country." Yadav emphasized that the measures implemented in Madhya Pradesh over the past two years have exceeded the actions taken in the previous three decades combined.

The Chief Minister underscored the importance of pairing anti-Naxal efforts with developmental programs to ensure a sustainable solution. "If any Naxalite wants to surrender and get into the mainstream, then that was also discussed today," he added, indicating a willingness to provide pathways for reintegration.

Yadav also criticized the previous Congress government in Chhattisgarh, claiming that Naxalism had thrived during their tenure. However, he expressed confidence that under the current government led by Vishnu Deo Sai, significant strides are being made to suppress the movement. Noting the proximity of Madhya Pradesh to Chhattisgarh, Yadav affirmed the state's commitment to remain vigilant in the ongoing fight against Naxalism, aiming for both security and development.
