DHARAMSHALA — Union Minister Kiren Rijiju arrived in Dharamshala on Saturday to participate in the celebrations marking the 90th birthday of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the revered Tibetan spiritual leader. Speaking to reporters, Rijiju expressed deep admiration and reverence for the Dalai Lama and the global significance of the occasion.

“I have come here to attend the 90th birthday celebrations of the Dalai Lama. Devotees from all over the world have come here, and I am glad that I am also able to attend,” said Rijiju. “Today was the prayer ceremony for his long life, and tomorrow, his 90th birthday celebrations will be held.”
