New Delhi – Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar has voiced strong concerns over the recent deportation of Indian nationals from the United States, urging the Indian government to take a stand against what he termed as "disrespect" towards Indian citizens.
"As a citizen, it is our concern how they (US) have been behaving with our people. America should not disrespect our people, and India should take a stand," Kumar stated earlier today.
His remarks come amid reports of increasing deportations of Indian immigrants, particularly those who allegedly entered the US illegally. The issue has sparked political debate, with opposition leaders demanding stronger diplomatic engagement to ensure fair treatment of deported Indians.
