Jabalpur: In response to the rising violence against Hindus in Bangladesh, locals associated with the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) organized a protest march in Jabalpur today. The protestors voiced their strong condemnation of the attacks on Hindu communities in Bangladesh and called for immediate intervention by the central government to ensure the protection of religious minorities in the neighboring country.

The demonstrators, holding placards and chanting slogans, marched through the streets of Jabalpur, demanding justice and solidarity with the Hindu victims in Bangladesh. They expressed their concern over the safety of religious minorities, particularly Hindus, in the face of increasing attacks and social unrest in the region.

ISKCON members have been vocal in their support for Hindus facing persecution globally, and today’s march was a part of their continued efforts to raise awareness about the situation in Bangladesh. The protestors emphasized the need for the Indian government to take a strong stand on the matter and work with international bodies to ensure the protection of religious freedoms.

"We cannot remain silent while our brothers and sisters face such violence. We call upon the central government to take decisive action to stop this brutality and to ensure the safety of Hindus in Bangladesh," said one of the protest leaders.

The protest in Jabalpur adds to a growing chorus of voices across India demanding justice for the victims of the violence in Bangladesh, where numerous reports of attacks on Hindu temples, homes, and individuals have emerged in recent weeks.
