Ezhimala, May 31 — The Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, held its Passing Out Parade (POP) for the Spring Term 2025 on May 31, marking a significant milestone in the lives of 186 naval trainees. The graduates comprised Midshipmen from the 107th and 108th Indian Naval Academy Courses, as well as cadets from the 38th Naval Orientation Course (Extended), 39th NOC (Extended), 40th NOC (Regular), and 41st NOC (Coast Guard).

The ceremonial event signified the culmination of months of rigorous ab-initio training and was witnessed by proud families, dignitaries, and naval personnel. Notably, the graduating batch included cadets from four friendly foreign nations, reinforcing India’s commitment to maritime cooperation and international defence partnerships.
Vice Admiral V Srinivas, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Naval Command, reviewed the parade and congratulated the young officers for their dedication and discipline. In his address, he urged them to uphold the core values of the Navy — Duty, Honour, and Courage — as they embark on their professional journey.
