Jammu & Kashmir: Amid rising concerns over aerial threats along India’s sensitive borders, an Indian Army soldier stationed in Jammu & Kashmir has hailed the performance of a newly deployed gun system capable of intercepting and destroying hostile drones and aircraft with pinpoint accuracy.
“This gun system is very effective,” said the soldier, describing its real-time battlefield utility. “We demonstrated that we also possess advanced systems that can eliminate any target. It can track from a long range, lock onto the target, and fire the moment it enters effective range.”
The soldier confirmed that during recent engagements, the system successfully intercepted and neutralized all enemy drones. “Its success rate is 100%. We did not let a single drone escape,” he emphasized, reflecting the growing strength of India’s counter-drone defense capabilities.
