By A Staff Reporter: In Srinagar’s Zadibal constituency, Returning Officer Dr. Khalid Hussain Malik shared details about the special home voting facility available for differently-abled individuals with over 40% disability and citizens aged 85 years or older.

Speaking on the initiative, Malik mentioned, "There are 69 such voters in this category. Today, we are conducting the home voting process in Lathi Mohalla." He emphasized that every vote counts and that polling teams are dispatched to ensure these voters can exercise their democratic rights.

This initiative ensures inclusivity and easy access to voting for those facing mobility challenges, highlighting the Election Commission's commitment to every eligible voter.
