Kuldeep Singh Pathania Announces Committee for Street Vendors Policy

Himachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania announced the establishment of a committee aimed at addressing the needs of street vendors in the state. This initiative follows suggestions from both the ruling party and the opposition on the last day of the Assembly session, where they emphasized the necessity of creating policies and changes to support street vendors effectively.

"I have formed that committee," Pathania stated, indicating a collaborative approach to tackling the issues faced by street vendors. He further noted that the first meeting of the committee is set to take place on October 3, where members will discuss and draft a comprehensive street vendors policy.
