Himachal CM Sukhu Announces Drone Stations for Development

Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has announced the state government's initiative to establish drone stations across the region. The drones, which will be capable of carrying heavy objects, are part of the state’s broader effort to promote technological advancement and support various sectors, including agriculture.

Speaking about the new development, CM Sukhu said, "We are going to make drone stations in Himachal Pradesh. The state government is going to buy drones which will carry heavy objects." He emphasized that the government’s focus is on making life easier for farmers and encouraging economic development.

The introduction of drone technology is expected to greatly benefit farmers, who will be able to use the drones for tasks such as carrying agricultural inputs or transporting produce, reducing time and effort in the process. The Chief Minister also mentioned that farmers are happy with the state government’s initiatives and are moving towards progress and development.

Furthermore, CM Sukhu shared that the government is also bringing in several schemes to further support the farming community in the state. These efforts are aligned with the administration’s vision to modernize agricultural practices and enhance the livelihoods of farmers across Himachal Pradesh.
