New Delhi: In a fiery address at an election rally in Delhi’s Vikaspuri Assembly Constituency, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini launched a scathing attack on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of misleading voters on the issue of Yamuna River pollution.

Taking a direct swipe at Kejriwal’s claims of cleaning the Yamuna, Saini dramatically displayed two water bottles—one collected from the spot where he recently took a sip of Yamuna water in Haryana, and another from the place where Kejriwal had previously pledged to clean the river.

"It was absolutely clear by seeing the bottles that the water given from Haryana is absolutely clean, and the water that has been given to you for the last 10 years is dirty," Saini declared, adding, “Jhooth ki dukan band hone wali hai,” implying that Kejriwal’s so-called lies would soon be exposed.
