Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel launched a scathing attack on the Congress party, accusing it of indulging in "drama" through its series of press conferences aimed at criticizing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) across the country. Speaking at a public event in Gandhinagar, Patel alleged that the Congress party has a history of disrespecting Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, a key architect of the Indian Constitution and a revered social reformer.

“The Congress party is doing a drama of press conferences against the Bharatiya Janata Party in the country. Congress has always insulted the great son of the country, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar,” said Patel.

The Chief Minister's remarks come in the wake of intensified political clashes between the BJP and Congress, as both parties gear up for the upcoming election season. Patel's criticism underscores the BJP's long-standing narrative that Congress has failed to honor the legacy of key national figures, including Dr. Ambedkar, whose work championed social justice and equality.

Patel emphasized that the BJP, in contrast, has consistently upheld the principles advocated by Ambedkar and worked towards empowering marginalized communities. He accused the Congress of using press conferences as a tool to divert attention from its historical failures and lack of action on pressing social issues.
