SANQUELIM — Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Friday announced the expansion of the Mulyavardhan 3.0 program to secondary schools across the state, describing it as a significant step in promoting value-based education among students.
Speaking at a public event, Sawant acknowledged the consistent contribution of the Shantilal Muttha Foundation, which has been implementing the program in Goa at no cost for the past six years. “We have extended this program to secondary schools,” he said. “I commend the Shantilal Muttha Foundation. They have been conducting this program free of charge for the past 6 years. It has benefited the students and teachers of the schools.”
Mulyavardhan, originally designed for primary school students, is a structured program aimed at fostering constitutional values, empathy, critical thinking, and responsible citizenship. The curriculum is integrated with classroom teaching through various activities and discussions.
