Bhubaneswar: Former Odisha Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition in the Assembly, Naveen Patnaik, has criticized the state BJP's recently presented budget. Patnaik remarked, "The state BJP claimed they would present a game-changing budget, but instead, they have presented only a name-changing budget. 80% of the schemes they introduced have already been implemented by our BJD government."
