Thane: A man was arrested after causing a commotion at a film set where Bollywood actor Salman Khan was shooting in Dadar West. The incident unfolded when the fan tried to watch the shoot but was stopped by security personnel.

According to Mumbai Police, the man, a resident of Mumbai, engaged in an altercation with security staff after they moved him aside. In a fit of anger, he allegedly mentioned gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s name, which led the guards to alert the authorities.

Lawrence Bishnoi, a notorious gangster, has previously been linked to threats against Salman Khan. The invocation of his name during the incident heightened concerns, prompting swift action by the security team.

The man was subsequently taken into custody by the Shivaji Park Police in Thane for further investigation. "Salman Khan was shooting a film in Dadar West when a fan wanted to watch the shooting, but the security personnel moved him aside, and a fight broke out between them. In anger, the man took the name of Lawrence Bishnoi, after which the guards called the police and handed him over to them," stated a police official.

This incident has once again raised questions about security arrangements at high-profile film shoots. Salman Khan has been a target of threats in the past, and the mention of a known gangster’s name underscores the need for vigilance. The Mumbai Police are conducting a thorough inquiry into the matter to ascertain the man’s intent and any possible links to criminal elements.
