Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis chaired a high-level review meeting with Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries, and Senior Officials at Vidhan Bhavan this afternoon. In his address, Fadnavis emphasized the state's immense potential and outlined a comprehensive roadmap for utilizing it to improve the lives of the people.

"Maharashtra is a blessed land of infinite potential, and it is high time we do justice and ensure its optimum utilization to serve and give a better life to the people of Maharashtra," Fadnavis stated in his tweet after the meeting.

The meeting focused on key priorities, including enhancing transparency, speed, and a people-centric approach in governance. Fadnavis also introduced several new initiatives, including the establishment of an additional war room at the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) and setting 100-day goals for every department. The agenda also included aggressive coordination with the Government of India, grievance redressal initiatives, and the launch of Lokshahi Din for direct interaction with the public.

"Ease of Living" for citizens, the use of technology and innovation without resistance, and problem-solving of government-related issues were also highlighted as crucial components of the state's governance strategy. Fadnavis urged officials to focus on these priorities while ensuring they align with the broader goals of sustainable development and public welfare.

The review meeting was part of the Maharashtra government's ongoing efforts to strengthen administrative efficiency and improve services for the state's residents.
