The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has provisionally attached immovable properties worth ₹834.03 crore, linked to EMAAR India Ltd. and MGF Developments Ltd. The assets, spanning 401.65 acres, are situated in 20 villages within Gurugram District, Haryana, and Delhi.
This action comes as part of an ongoing investigation triggered by an FIR filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The FIR includes allegations against Bhupinder Singh Hooda, former Haryana Chief Minister; Trilok Chand Gupta, the then Director of the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP); EMAAR MGF Land Limited; and 14 additional colonizer companies.
The ED’s attachment of these properties is aimed at preventing their sale or transfer while the investigation into alleged financial irregularities and corruption continues. The move underscores the seriousness of the allegations and the ED’s commitment to addressing financial misconduct in high-profile real estate and governmental dealings.
