DTPA Holds 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), Elects New Office Bearers for 2025–26

Kolkata, Sept 26 — The Direct Taxes Professionals’ Association (DTPA), one of Eastern India’s oldest and most respected professional bodies, successfully conducted its 42nd Annual General Meeting at the DTPA Conference Hall, 3, Govt. Place (West), Income Tax Building, Kolkata.

A large number of members participated and deliberated on various professional matters. During the AGM, the new team of office bearers and executive committee members for the 2025–26 term was formally appointed.

The newly elected office bearers include:

Ms. Manju Lata Shukla – President

Mrs. Barkha Agarwal – Immediate Past President

Mr. Mahendra Agarwal – Senior Vice-President

Mr. Kedar Nath Gupta – Vice-President

Mr. Shyam Agarwal – General Secretary

Mr. Sujit Sultania – Joint Secretary

Mr. Mohan Lal Gupta – Treasurer

Speaking at the event, newly elected President CA Manju Lata Shukla thanked members for their trust and support. She reaffirmed DTPA’s commitment to promoting professional excellence, knowledge dissemination, and fostering fellowship among tax and finance professionals.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the outgoing office bearers and members, marking the start of a new term focused on capacity building and active representation of the fraternity.
