BY A STAFF REPORTER: A Russian attack drone hit civilian targets in Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, on Tuesday, causing fire and damage to infrastructure, local officials said.
Details of casualties and damage are being released. Emergency workers are on standby.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said a drone hit a house and caught fire.
The governor of the Kharkiv region, Oleh Sinehhubov, said there were several airstrikes in the city and civilian infrastructure was damaged. At least six drones have been deployed in the region. '
