By A Staff Reporter — Delhi Minister Gopal Rai has taken a strong stance against the BJP, attributing the rise in air pollution in the national capital to the party's actions. During a recent press conference, Rai stated, "BJP is a party that spreads pollution, and the national capital is getting polluted from all directions."
Rai emphasized the contrast between the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) initiatives to reduce pollution and the alleged lack of action from the BJP. "While we are using CNG and electric vehicles, diesel vehicles are being used in neighboring Uttar Pradesh," he pointed out, criticizing the environmental policies of the BJP-led government in the region.
Highlighting the AAP's commitment to curbing pollution, Rai asserted that his party is actively working to implement measures to improve air quality in Delhi. "While AAP is trying to curb pollution, BJP is trying to spread it," he claimed, calling for a collective effort to address the pressing issue of air quality.
As Delhi continues to grapple with severe air pollution levels, Rai's remarks reflect the ongoing political battle over environmental policies and the urgent need for effective solutions to protect public health.
