Delhi: The Delhi High Court has dismissed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest by the CBI in the Excise Policy case. Reacting to the court's decision, BJP MP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri emphasized the judiciary's role in such matters. "In these kinds of cases, the final decision has to be taken by the court only. They have every right to approach the Supreme Court," he stated.

Bidhuri also revisited the introduction of the Delhi Excise Policy in the State Assembly, where he served as the leader of the opposition. "When the Delhi Excise Policy was introduced in the State Assembly, I was the leader of the opposition and had asked Arvind Kejriwal to withdraw the policy," he recalled. "Many leaders of AAP also agree that if they had accepted my demand, today they would not be facing such a situation."
