Delhi: Addressing a public gathering in Shalimar Bagh ahead of the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections, AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal accused the BJP of threatening the progress made in Delhi under his government.

"The BJP people have openly declared that if their government comes to power, they will shut down all the Mohalla Clinics," Kejriwal alleged. Mohalla Clinics, a flagship healthcare initiative of the AAP government, have been a key element of the party’s governance model.

Kejriwal warned voters about the consequences of choosing the BJP, calling it a “dangerous button.” Instead, he urged them to press the AAP’s symbol, the ‘broom,’ for continued development. "If you press the 'broom' button, new Mohalla Clinics will be established," he assured.

The AAP leader also addressed grievances about inflated water bills, claiming that water bills in Delhi had been zero until a year ago. "They falsely charged me and sent me to jail. Anyone who is receiving wrong bills, don’t pay them. After the elections, your Kejriwal will waive off all the bills," he pledged.
