New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Monday praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s focus on women’s health through the vision of “Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar” (Healthy Women, Empowered Family). She said the initiative reflects a people-centric approach to governance, particularly in ensuring access to healthcare for women across the country.

“Prime Minister Modi's vision of 'Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar' is a very good vision. Health camps are being organised across the country for sisters and daughters. There, they are being provided with facilities, free test facilities are there... I want to thank Prime Minister Modi for being concerned about women's health,” Gupta stated.

The Chief Minister highlighted that the organisation of health camps has allowed thousands of women to access preventive care and diagnostic facilities that may otherwise be difficult to obtain in rural and underserved regions. Free tests, medical consultations, and awareness drives are being positioned as key features of the initiative.
