New Delhi: Escalating tensions in the Delhi Assembly election campaign, BJP President Virendra Sachdeva has accused Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of insulting Purvanchal residents, particularly those from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Speaking to the media, Sachdeva alleged that Kejriwal’s recent statements displayed deep-seated prejudice against these communities.

“Kejriwal has been continuously disrespecting the people of Purvanchal. Today, he went so far as to call them ‘fake voters,’” Sachdeva stated. He added that Kejriwal’s remarks ignore the significant contributions of Purvanchal residents to Delhi’s growth and development.

“The people of UP and Bihar play a vital role in shaping the national capital. From infrastructure to small businesses, their hard work is evident everywhere,” Sachdeva remarked, urging voters to take a stand against what he termed as Kejriwal’s “hate-filled narrative.”

Sachdeva also issued a strong warning, stating, “The people of Delhi will take revenge for the insult of UP and Bihar residents through their votes. This disdain for hardworking communities will not go unpunished at the ballot box.”
