CR Kesavan Criticizes Rahul Gandhi Over Remarks on Indian Army

Hyderabad, Telangana: BJP National Spokesperson CR Kesavan on Saturday launched a sharp critique of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, alleging that his recent comments and social media statements undermine the morale and credibility of the Indian Armed Forces.

In a strongly worded statement, Kesavan accused Gandhi of promoting a “toxic pro-Pakistan narrative,” claiming that his remarks serve to damage the image of both India and its military institutions. “Rahul Gandhi is speaking like LoP. Not the Leader of Opposition but the Leader of Pakistan,” said Kesavan, reiterating concerns over what he described as a pattern of rhetoric that disrespects the armed forces.

Kesavan further alleged that Gandhi’s recent social media activity reflects “sadistic pleasure in demeaning our brave defence personnel” and questioned the Congress leader’s loyalty. He also referred to a pending defamation case against Gandhi, which involves allegations of derogatory remarks against the Indian Army, suggesting a continued disregard for national institutions.
