Haridwar, Uttarakhand: As the assembly election results for Haryana and Jammu & Kashmir draw near, Congress leader Harish Rawat expressed optimism about the party's prospects. "In J&K, the Congress-NC alliance, and in Haryana, the Congress party are going to form the government with a big majority," Rawat stated confidently. He emphasized that the Congress is fully committed to fulfilling all the promises made to the people during the campaign.
Rawat also highlighted the impact of Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra, saying, "People's perception has changed after Rahul Gandhi's journey from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. Congress is the only option for change." He predicted a strong showing for the party in Haryana, forecasting, "We will win 65-70 seats in Haryana."
