Congress Holds First Official Meeting at Indira Gandhi Bhavan, Discusses Key Strategies

New Delhi: The Congress party convened a significant seven-hour meeting on Tuesday, bringing together all general secretaries and incharges at its new headquarters, Indira Gandhi Bhavan. The meeting, chaired by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and senior leader Rahul Gandhi, was attended by 30 top party functionaries.

Congress General Secretary in charge of Communications, Jairam Ramesh, shared details of the session, describing it as a "marathon" discussion focused on key political and organizational matters. "Today, we had a seven-hour meeting of all general secretaries and incharges. It was chaired by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge ji, Rahul Gandhi ji, and all other general secretaries and incharges. A total of 30 leaders were present," Ramesh stated.

The session also marked the beginning of official operations from Indira Gandhi Bhavan, which now serves as the All India Congress Committee’s (AICC) headquarters. "From today, all general secretaries and incharges will be operating from here," Ramesh added.
